| Q. | Who do I contact with my queries of water and wastewater? |
| A. | Manukau Water Ltd looks after the water and wastewater standards. You need to go to Assets Standards Engineer of Manukau Water Ltd for all the water and wastewater queries. |
| Q. | Why can't I print the whole EQS or MANARC manuals? |
| A. | The total file size for each manual would
generally overload the spooling capacity of most computers/printers.
However, we have allowed for all drawings in each section to be printed
at one time.
It also allows us to update drawings/text without the end user updating large files each time. |
| Q. | When I print the lines appear light and do not photocopy well.. |
| A. | The Adobe Acrobat files have been optimised for a printer setting of 600 DPI or less. If you printer is set at a higher resolution eg 1200 DPI the printouts will appear light. You will need to change your printer resolution to a maximum of 600 DPI. If darker lines are stiller required reduce your settings to 300 DPI. |

| A. | If you are having trouble reading the text you can alter your display settings to match the 800x600 resolution - which this website is optimised to. |
