| Annual Rainfall |
Rainfall frequencies analysed were 50%AEP, 20% AEP,
1% AEP. Rainfall durations of 10 mins, 20 mins, 30 mins,
60 mins, 120 mins and 180 mins were used. Average rainfall
durations up to 60 minutes derived from MCC Standard Intensity
Duration Curve and for durations greater than 60 mins
were derived from HIRDS tables. Mean rainfall intensities
from MCC Standard Frequency Intensity Duration Curve and
HIRDS table were converted to temporal patterns of Auckland
city. |
