Walkway and foreshore improvements at Green Bay Reserve, Pine Harbour
Manukau City Council begins work on improvements to the Green Bay Reserve Walkway at Beachlands on Monday, 2 March 2009.
Work involves relocating the footpath away from the slope at the end of Puriri Road and enhancement planting. It is anticipated the project will be completed by the end of March.
Pedestrian access will remain open during construction however users will be diverted away from the work site. The temporary footpath will have an uneven surface and due care is required during this time.
Council apologises for any inconvenience the works may cause. For more information on this project contract Ron Upshire 262 8900 ext 8671 or email ron.upshire@manukau.govt.nz.
