24 hours a day, 7 days a week, Council's customer contact centre team are ready to help with your enquiries either by prompting action from relevant Council departments, providing information or pointing you in the right direction.
We also want to keep improving our services. To do this, we encourage our customers to give feedback both in instances where you are pleased with Council's performance and also when you feel we have not done so well.
