The Community Facilities Partnership Scheme is available to assist with the development of multi-use community facilities. It has emphasis on amalgamations and shared clubrooms between groups and the proposed projects must be located on Manukau City Council reserve land.

Botany Community Board
- $172,000 to Meadowlands Multi Sports and Community Trust toward the building redevelopment of the Howick Squash Club and the Cockle Bay Tennis Club to incorporate the Howick Softball Club into a multi use complex
- $31,024 to Howick Netball Centre toward Stage 4 to remove toilets and meeting room on south end of first floor, reconstruct toilets and rebuilt storeroom.
Clevedon Community Board
- $60,000 to Clevedon Agricultural and Pastoral Association toward building a new multi-purpose covered stall area for farm animals and the weekly Farmers Market
- $20,000 to Clevedon Paddling Club toward consent and construction costs associated with the proposed new storage shed
- $3,946 to Te Puru Community Trust toward project management fees to redesign a new entrance way to improve the centre’s functionality.
Mangere Community Board
- $101,572.52 to Mangere Otahuhu Netball Centre to install new floodlighting system for five netball courts
- $100,000 to Mangere Hawks Netball Club to install new floodlighting system for three netball courts
- $50,000 to Mangere Bridge Scout Group toward the construction of a new scout den
- $88,650 to Mangere Centre Park Sports Association toward Stage 2; tiered seating component of the new grandstand clubrooms
- $25,000 to the NZ Sporthorse project for detail design and consultancy fees toward the development of premier facilities to host significant international events on Puhinui Reserve.
Manurewa Community Board
- $200,000 to Manurewa Rugby Football Club toward new public toilets, new carpet, new meeting room, external works and repainting
- $338,000 to Manurewa Community Facilities Charitable Trust toward design, project management and quantity surveyor fees
- $43,000 to Totara Park Equestrian Trust Board for the roofing component of the arena.
Otara Community Board
- $144,000 to Otara Rugby League Football Club for Stage1; foundation works, needs analysis, feasibility study, master plan, timeline, costings for development, partnering workshop. Stage 2; detailed concept. Stage 3; for immediate assistance to redevelop toilet facilities.
- $16,279.58 to East Tamaki Rugby Football Club toward minor building alterations
- $30,629.53 to Ngati Otara Marae Society toward facilitation and project management fees of the Whare Kai development.
Papatoetoe Community Board
- $150,000 to Manukau Performing Arts toward building a new air conditioning unit platform, new air condition unit and electrical upgrade
- $25,000 to Papatoetoe Panthers Rugby League Football Club toward minor building renovations
- $54,995 to NZ Sporthorse for detail design and consultancy fees toward the development of premier facilities to host significant international events on Puhinui Reserve
- $72,000 to Papatoetoe Sports and Community Charitable Trust toward the construction of a new soil store and equipment storage space for the Papatoetoe Hunters Corner Bowling Club.
