Mangere Arts Centre

Our Mangere Arts Centre runs a series of affordable art workshop for beginners of all ages. Workshops run on Saturdays from 10am to 2.30pm. Registrations are essential.

Nathan Homestead

Nathan Homestead offers a popular programme of performing arts classes with public performances throughout the year.

The centre also has a busy calendar of arts and craft classes held both during the daytime and early evening. Clay, guitar, art classes are popular for school aged children, while adults can enjoy art, photography, quilting, salsa dancing and jewellery design.

Lifestyle courses such as yoga are also held, as are popular weekend workshops.

Otara Music Arts Centre (OMAC)

OMAC's dedicated and experienced tutors offer group and one-on-one lessions in guitar, drums, singing and piano.

SoundHouse is a unique facility offering tailor-made classes in music and media technologies in a purpose-built computer suite. It is one of only two SoundHouse facilities in New Zealand. All classes are tutored by John Biddle.
