OBJECTive Art Awards.

Create an object in ceramic, glass, jewellery, wood, metalwork or textiles and be in to win nearly $10,000 in prize money.

Emerging and established artists and designers are invited to submit new works of object art. From the handmade to the highly designed, works in ceramics, glass, jewellery, wood, metalwork and textiles are welcomed. The entry should demonstrate this year's whakatauaki (Maori proverb).

Selected works will feature in an exhibition at the brand new Mangere Arts Centre. The OBJECTive exhibition will also be part of the 2010 Manukau Festival of Arts.
