Writer, producer, DJ and poet Charlie Dark is set to be the focus of Manukau’s attention when he brings his unique outlook and performance style to the Otara Town Centre stage.
Dark is part of the British Council’s People In Your Neighbourhood (PIYN) Project 2010 and will be performing a selection of his spoken word poetry in collaboration with Pacific Poets from the Otara neighbourhood, sharing intercultural stories across the globe.
