Community Facilities Partnership Scheme
This funding is available in the form of a seeding grant to assist with the development of multi-use community facilities and support community groups to leverage funds from other funding organisations.
The scheme has an emphasis on amalgamations between groups wanting to be located on Council Reserve Land.
Who can apply for funding?
Incorporated Societies / Trusts with goals and objectives that meet one or more of the following:
- Fostering of cultural or ethnic identity
- Recreation
- The provision of social services
- Sports (physical and competitive)
- Performance of visual arts.
The Incorporated Society / Trust must be able to demonstrate sound financial management and the proposed project must be located on Manukau City Council reserve land.
