Manukau City Council land rates are payable in full or by four instalments during the financial year, which runs from 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2011.

Full payment discount

There is a 3.6% discount for paying your rates in full by 26 August 2010.

Late fee

The due date is the last day before a 10% additional charge is added.
