Search
A user can complete a property search using the following criteria:
1. Address
2. Legal Description
3. Rate Account Number
The search text should be entered in the following format, without the use of commas.
Examples:
Address: 100 Anywhere Drive Pakuranga
Legal Description: LOT 00 DP 12345
Rate Account Number: 12345678 (as listed on your rates assessment notice)
The search box has predictive search functionality to help the user identify and limit the search options.
The search results will be displayed in the search results panel, identified by the address, rate account number and legal description.
If the search criteria is not specific enough, the closest matches will be listed in the search results panel for the user to choose from. The user can then choose the property by clicking "Show Me".

When Internet Explorer (6.0 or 7.0) is set to "High" security, end users of Your Property may experience Internet Explorer blocking Adobe Acrobat Reader when they attempt to print a map.
The solution to the problem is to add the website to the trusted sites in Internet Explorer.
How to add a site to Trusted Sites:
Select
1. Tools from the Internet Explorer menu
2. Internet Options
3. Security tab (see step 1 below)
4. Trusted Sites icon (see step 2 below)
5. Sites (see step 3 below)

6. Type http://mcc.eaglegis.co.nz/
7. Select ADD
8. Press OK, and OK again
9. Close current Internet Explorer browser session to complete the task.
